• Support Requirements  :  Remote  , Onsite presence only if required  ,
• Customer provided FE will be providing remote access for configuration

1. Circuit Test & turn Up
2. Device Onboarding
3. Softwareversion upgrade of the WAN device
4. Profile configuration of the WAN device as per configuration pack
5. Unit testing as per the test template
6. Supporting RMI during LAN cutover
7. Hypercare post WAN deployment
